To enable these option, go to Company Settings >> Import/Export and select the Deputy or When I Work option from the drop down menu under “Import Data From” and then save.
Once this option has been enabled you will be able to use the Import option in the Time & Income screen and this will bring through the hours worked by day for each employee. We suggest you speak to Deputy or When I Work re exporting the data and to our support team if you need help with setting this up in Crystal.
