Update (9.00 Sun)
The issue with posting to the Xero GL has now been resolved. We appreciate your patience while we have been working on this. If you find you are still having an issue with posting to Xero please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Update (9.30 Fri)
The issue is still being worked on. The advice that Xero has given some of you that it is an issue with Crystal is not totally correct. The Xero interface was working fine up until last Sunday when it suddenly stopped? Nothing had been changed at the Crystal end so we are investigating what happened between the two systems to make it stop.
As advised by Andrea you can still print the GL report in Crystal and then copy your last Xero invoice and edit the amounts. We understand this is not ideal but it is a temporary work around.
We will update this post later today.
Update (8.30am Thurs)
Unfortunately the we are still waiting on Xero. The information they provided has not resolved the issue so we are waiting on further advice.
Update (2.30pm )
We have now heard back from Xero and the issue is being looked into at their end. As soon as we have more detail we will update this message again.
There appears to be an issue with the General Ledger interface to Xero.
We are currently discussing this with their developer support team and we will update you as soon as we have a timeframe for this to be resolved.
Now that you have devoured the Easter Eggs and hopefully had the chance to spend time relaxing with family, it's time to start thinking about how to handle the raft of Public Holidays which fall at this time of year.

We hope everyone is looking after themselves, especially across the North Island.
With the terrible weather which is currently hitting the north island there is a chance of power outages and even the possibility some of you may not be able to get into your offices over the next few days.
In light of this we suggest you make sure you have your payroll login details with you so that if you can't get into the office to process the payroll you will at least be able to access it from another computer (if you can get online). If you need our help please call the support team.
Here is the latest update from Stuff:
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
You will have noticed there has been a small (but big) change to what you see when you are logging in to your payroll company.
Until this week when you logged in as an Employer you will have seen a panel with our Facebook feed. We have used this to talk about things which are happening here at Crystal and on occasion to announce system status and updates.
The problem with this is that Facebook controls what is displayed and when it's displayed. If you aren't a Facebook User (unlikely we know) or you don't have access at to Facebook at work then you couldn't access the information. Also this panel only appeared on the Employer login and not the Accountant or Partner logins.
We feel it is critical that every Crystal Payroll user is provided with this key information as quickly as possible so we have updated the login screens so they now display the most recent post on our Blog. The other advantage of this is the fact we have more control over the amount of content, images, layout and timing of what we post.
We will now be posting regular updates whenever there are system or legislative changes, as well as any other payroll related news or stories we come across which we feel would be or interest.
