The issue with posting to the Xero GL has now been resolved. We appreciate your patience while we have been working on this. If you find you are still having an issue with posting to Xero please email support@crystalpayroll.co.nz. 

Update (9.30 Fri)
The issue is still being worked on. The advice that Xero has given some of you that it is an issue with Crystal is not totally correct. The Xero interface was working fine up until last Sunday when it suddenly stopped? Nothing had been changed at the Crystal end so we are investigating what happened between the two systems to make it stop.
As advised by Andrea you can still print the GL report in Crystal and then copy your last Xero invoice and edit the amounts. We understand this is not ideal but it is a temporary work around.
We will update this post later today.

Update (8.30am Thurs) 
Unfortunately the we are still waiting on Xero. The information they provided has not resolved the issue so we are waiting on further advice. 

Update (2.30pm 
We have now heard back from Xero and the issue is being looked into at their end. As soon as we have more detail we will update this message again.

There appears to be an issue with the General Ledger interface to Xero.

​We are currently discussing this with their developer support team and we will update you as soon as we have a timeframe for this to be resolved.
