In addition to being able to load a Reducing Balance deduction for employees who pay off amount each week until the amount reaches Zero we have added the option to make this deduction a Summary Deduction whereby rather than adding multiple deductions for similar items i.e Tool or Uniform purchases, you can add more than one amount into the same deduction to give a cumulative total. Note: if this deduction is being paid to a Third Party and requires a unique reference this option will not work.
You must set up separate deductions.
This report is now titled Employee Hours Analysis and it will reflect all timesheet entries including Leave and Public Holidays.
This report can be run for all or a specific employee and for any range of pay periods.
Crystal Manager – Employee Timesheet screen update.
Recently we have had a number of users of Crystal Manager who inadvertently doubled up days in their Timesheet screen. This was due to them accidently “adding a day” after they edited an existing day, when they thought they were editing the next day.
To eliminate this, we have differentiated between “Adding and Editing” days. Now when you Edit a day’s times and Save, the date will not change to the next day’s date. Rather it will clear. To Edit the next day simply click on that date, edit and save.
If you are “Adding” a day, the system will work as it did previously ie it The date field move to the next date when you save the current day thus allowing you enter hours for that date or change it to another date.
