Announcing your first chance to try out our newly refreshed look-and-feel LIVE. To help ease in the changes for all of our customers we have initially made the new look available -on an OPTIONAL basis- for our ‘Employee Login‘ part of the system only.

While the main part of the system, the Employer Login area, will be made available soon we thought you might like to check out the beautiful new look from an Employees perspective before you make the leap yourself . . .


Keen to give it a try? You can make the switch it seconds. Just login via your normal Employer Login and go to Settings/Help, then Company Settings, then Payroll Settings and choose theAdvanced button near the bottom of the page. Simply find the ‘Activate new version for employee login’ option within Other Settings, tick the box and remember to click ‘Submit Changes’. And that’s it, all done. Now when any of your Employees login they will immediately enjoy our newly refreshed pages.

Not currently using the ‘Employee Login’ facility? No problem. It’s easy to set up and it’s free – included in all of Crystal Payroll’s service options. Just visit our ‘How to set up Employee Access‘ support page for easy instructions. Employee Access allows your employees to view their own current and historic payslips, print off a leave application and access a wide range of reports specific to themselves only.

And remember, changing over to the refreshed system will also be optional. You’ll be able to choose when (or even if) you want to give it a try.
