While the vast majority of our customers have made the change to our lovely and modern new payroll system already (and are regularly telling us how much they enjoy using it), we still have a small number of longer-term customers continuing to use the ‘Classic’ Crystal Payroll system they originally fell in love with.
However, unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. So, as part of our New Year’s resolutions, we have decided to begin phasing out the classic system. This means that we will no longer be implementing any system feature or functionality changes to the ‘Classic’ system going forward. We will, of course, ensure that it remains up-to-date with any changes in government legislation but that is as far as any updates will go. And, eventually, we will have to cease offering Support for the older system – as we simply can’t continue to manage Support functions for two systems. Today we have made a decision to end Support for the Classic system on the anniversary of introducing the new system, on 31 August 2015.
