Overwhelmingly the key things respondents wanted were:

  • A Mobile Phone app for employee timesheets – 24%
  • A system to help manage Health and Safety – 24%
  • Further enhancement of our existing HR functionality – 17%

2. Which is your preferred method of accessing your payroll

  • The vast majority of you still access your Crystal Payroll via your PC’s web browser – 95% So while the future may be mobile, managing payroll on your smartphone is a way off for most of you.

3. On a scale of 1-5 how likely are you to recommend Crystal Payroll

  • The response to this question was extremely heartening with the average rating of how likely you are to recommend Crystal Payroll coming in at 4.63 out of 5. Thank for the vote of confidence.
